About us
Anne Elliot has been designing websites since 1997. At the University of Otago she designed websites for distance education. For her studies towards a Masters in Education she was able to include postgraduate digital media studies.
Under the name Larchgrove Web Design, she has created websites for a wide variety of ventures and individuals, often start-up businesses on Otago Central Rail Trail.
Why Larchgrove? This is the name of the sheep farm Anne lives on with her husband and adult son in Middlemarch. Anne is originally from Denmark.
Recently Anne has attended a number of Chamber of Commerce workshops on tourism marketing and tourism websites, which have been valuable to enhance the services of Larchgrove Wed Design. In addition, Tim Highley has joined us in offering a wider professional web design service. In fact, Tim designed the logo and business card with which we are thrilled.
Currently Anne is completing a doctorate in Education and was in a previous life a teacher.
Tim Highley is a talented graphic designer based in Queenstown. His varied portfolio also includes videography, web design, photo manipulation, writing and IT support. Tim also runs a small board games company and designs wedding stationery on the side.
Originally from the UK, Tim has been living in New Zealand's beautiful south for more than five years and is currently studying for a diploma in Graphic Design to complement his continually growing portfolio. Tim loves anything sporty and when he's not designing is usually found on the ice-rink, soccer pitch or badminton court.
At Larchgrove Web Design, Tim is primarily responsible for the development and design of logos, business cards, rack cards and other branding collateral.
